Q-What do you do and what information is needed to get started?

A-During our first session together, we take a heartfelt journey into understanding your unique situation. We begin by defining our relationship and discussing the vital details of informed consent. This is a safe and supportive space where I gather information about you and your family members' needs, and delve into your biological, psychological, and social history. This holistic perspective helps me truly understand how these elements are influencing your present circumstances.

Above all, know that it's entirely possible to nurture and support your loved ones while also honoring your own needs. There is a path forward where you can pursue what brings you joy and fulfillment while still being present and loving for your family.

Even when it feels overwhelming and daunting, remember that resources and support systems exist to help you become an effective and compassionate caregiver. Through these sessions, you will build confidence in managing your obligations. Together, we will explore ways to help everyone you love, including yourself, live happy and healthy lives.

It's a journey, and it starts with discussing the goals you envision for your future. I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Q-

How can I get started, and what is the first step in joining your program?

A. Call and ask for an appointment with one of our staff members.

Q- Do you use video or telephone for Counseling or Coaching?
A- I am mainly using Zoom, but if Zoom isn't available for you, we can use Facetime or, if that isn’t possible, a Phone call is good

Tele-mental Health is available for some insurance plans in some states.

Coaching is available nationally and internationally via video or phone, utilizing specific HIPAA-compliant platforms such as Zoom.

Q- Is Medicare now available for Online Counseling?

A- Yes, Medicare will continue to cover telehealth services through March 31, 2025, for now.

Q- What are the costs associated with your services, and do you offer any financial assistance?

A- Cost is based on monthly and yearly subscriptions. Private therapy and Coaching costs may be different.

Q- What is a mental health coach?

A- mental health coach is a professional who provides guidance and support to individuals and caregivers seeking to improve their mental well-being and achieve personal mental health goals.

Q- What types of mental health support do you offer, and how are they tailored for caregivers?

A-If you feel this way you need help.You feel lonely and isolated because you're taking care of family menber with mental health..You're not sure how to deal with your loved one's new condition and what it means for you.You don't know where to find help in your community for you and your loved one.You worry about giving up everything important to you just to care for them.You feel like you can't handle everything in your life anymore.

Q- Are your services available online, and how accessible are they through community centers? A-

Q- What evidence-based practices form the basis of your educational resources?

A- The courches and Mental health participants are acredited in their own rights.

Q- How do you measure the impact of your services on caregivers' well-being?

A-We'll figure out together how often we should meet, based on how stressed you feel and what your schedule looks like. Usually, our sessions last three to six months, but sometimes you might need more time, depending on what's going on in your life.

Studies show that having a strong support system is really important for your health. By working together, we're helping to keep you healthy and balanced.

When we reach our final session, we'll go over your goals to make sure you're happy with what you've accomplished. We'll also create a plan to help you use what you've learned in our sessions, so you can keep making progress on your own.

This process is all about helping you continue to make positive changes and feel good about your life moving forward.
