I help caregivers who are facing significant stress and burnout. Our solution offers targeted mental health support through support groups, professional counseling, and educational resources grounded in evidence-based practices. Easily accessible online and in local community centers, our empathetic approach aims to enhance caregivers' mental well-being and resilience.

With 30 years of dedicated experience as a Mental Health Registered Nurse and a Master’s degree in Health Psychology, I have committed my career to supporting individuals and families navigating mental health challenges. Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of learning from families and caregivers who care for mentally troubled family members. My approach involves home visits, where I provide emotional support and practical alternatives to help cope with various situations, fostering self-perseverance and resilience.

or covered by your insurance. However, our highly recommended licensed mental health professionals may bill your insurance providers independently. Behaved Mined LLC provides mental health coaching to clients/caregivers. This program is available only through private pay at this time.
